All your text seems larger in comparison to size of it's icon.

Does it do this if you run in Thunderbird Safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird

If no - all seems ok Are you using any addon which alters size of font ? eg: Theme and Font size changer
