I have been using Firefox for years now, and always use Firefox sync to make sure everything is saved. I recently got a new laptop, and upon installing firefox, was hoping to retrieve the bookmarks by simply syncing the information. However, the feature is not working and none of the bookmarks are appearing on the tab. The same issue seems to persist if I login to firefox on a public computer with Windows, whereas in years prior, I have been able to do so.
