installed Tbird on new win10 computer transfered profile from previous machine running Tbird removed the profile that came in the new tbird profile folder copied profile from old computer into profile folder.

Your Thunderbird profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible. replacing the original profile that came with Tbird makes it work why doen't my profile file work in my new windows 10?
