when FF V 65 (64 b) on W 10 starts I just get "Gah. Your tab just crashed." reinstalling didn't fix it

After my last update to FF 65 under Windows 10 on Asus no way to start FF. All my new pages are crashing. I reinstalled but result is the same. Have currently switched to Chrome but not my preference. Any help would be very much appreciated.

hi frederic, could you try to provide a handful of report ids for these crashes, either by going to about:crashes (not sure if this is possible in your situation) or getting them directly from the location on disk as described at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help#w_get-help-fixing-this-crash for startup crashes?
