I have lost my save password on 1 january 2019 how can I get them back
On 1 january 2019 I lost my save passwords I don't know how it happened but it did. I have gone through several of the solves in Support and tried a few but they are not working for me. Please can anyone offer any help. many thanks.

You need to contact a MOD on here the general End users on here can't help with that.

You are quoting a contributor, who meant to say "moderator" when he wrote "MOD".
That post has either been removed by a moderator, or you have seen it in another thread - either way : it is totally irrelevant and does not apply to your situation.
You say that you've lost your passwords - I assume that you are referring to Options => Privacy & Security => Saved Logins, under 'Logins & Passwords' ..... (?)
Maybe you could try to rename or remove these files in your Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed :
logins.json and key4.db
Go to the 3-bar menu : Help => Troubleshooting Information => Profile Folder => Open Folder

You can check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.
