I won't know if this solves the issue unless it happens again. Like i mentioned before it was random would be fine one day but not the next. There was never a way for me to know when the issue would occur. But I believe I re-installed it correctly it had me replace the existing file and when opening asked if I was sure as it was downloaded from the internet.
