I have other means to deal with this scam company which I have already initiated. Firefox needs to know that there are websites/companies out there misrepresenting themselves as firefox technical support. Will now stop using firefox and go back to chrome because I don't have the same problems there.

You were scammed no one will call to ask for access for you computer remotely. This is what I call the "Microsoft Techs calls you" if you haven't been keeping up with the news this is a common scam used. And there is nothing more anyone on here can do since no one on here or Mozilla. You will have to take the computer a computer shop to fix your problem.
