My Lastpass and AdBloc Extensions get deleted regularly; how do I stop this apart from moving to another Browser??

I use 2 Extensions on Firefox ... LastPass and Ad Bloc Plus. Both Extensions are disappearing on a regular basis (couple of days). How do I stop this??? How does Firefox stop this?? Cheers, ian

No Cleaner Programs used .... Sophos Anti Virus .... how do I check if it is removing Ad Bloc and LastPass. There are no settings that I have access to, and understand, that could be doing this. Cheers, ian

Sophos it should have a history. If do not have access is pretty useless.

Please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:
