Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

When reinstalling did you complete uninstall any previous FF and deleted the Mozilla folders? I do know that when I upgraded FF56 to FF57 that if I didn't remove the older FF56 it caused more problem then it helped. My fix was that I had a saved image with FF56 so I restored that and uninstalled it and deleted the Mozilla folder and reinstalled FF57 didn't have any major issues that people have reported to have.

how to do delete the Mozilla folders when reinstalling, how to do a clean delete of everything?
Hi, best I can come up with is that your infected with something. As to what just have a variety of file names that come up in discussions.
Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :
Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :
Uninstall any Bittorrent apps, uninstall cracked programs and delete cracks then Post in only 1 forum, then wait. Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
This is doing a clean install : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 62.0.0 with a Full Version Installer
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
This is doing a Refresh : Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
then
This is making a new Profile which you may need to do as the issue maybe in there : Profile : Make a new one and test ...:
If is your Profile :
i did what you mentioned above. its still didnt solve the problem, its still crashing
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.
