Scrolling slow and jaggy on Android OnePlus 5 on Firefox 59.02

Hey,

Since quantum was released, the scrolling of websites is not as smooth as in Chrome on Android. The websites scroll and stutter along. No fixes or deleting cache helped. I have no addons running except UBlock Origin. If I disable it, nothing changes.

This is a problem on any website including this one.

I have a oneplus 5, which is otherwise a fast device.

Im considering to switch back to Chrome as Firefox does not keep its promise of improved performance in day to day operation in this case :(.
