I am now getting a red screen rather frequently whose URL is

https://arizonawebdesignwithseo.com/iops/?c5aad704e7992f0ftfn1d5aad704e79963=(888)%20558-3089#

It purports to be from Firefox but as you can see from the URL above it is not. It contains a series of dire warnings if I should continue and provides a phone number of "Microsoft Support" which, of course, it is not. I have no idea what "arizonawebdesignseo.com" is and suspect it is just a front for a phishing operation.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?
