I have hard copy "Changing Your Email Server Settings for Mozilla Thunderbird" instructions to change settings being required by Cox Communications. When I click the Windows 10 icon to Start and then select Mozilla Thunderbird all that happens is it opens my incoming email file. Can't get to the Mozilla Menu icon to select account settings and complete the changes needed. Live chat gave me a website as follows https://www.cox.com/residential/support/changing-your-email-server-settings-for-mozilla-thunderbird.html which I tried with the same results of not being able to get to the Mozilla menu. I'm really confused & frustrated, HELP !!! Thanks, Robert Drager

How about posting this to the Thunderbird forum and not do cross-posting this would get you better help if you posted the right forum on Mozilla.
