Can't verify Firefox Sync login due to blocked mail account
Hi Support team, I have used Firefox Sync for quite some time but ran into a problem recently. My confirmation email either got blocked or got inactive and I could not verify my logins any more. I have Firefox Sync on multiple devices - I saw an option to input a secondary email but it did not let me do that - it kept giving me an error - either email cannot be sent or unexpected error. It seems that I cannot reactivate the previous email that I have input for verification. Is there another way to restore access to my account data? Now I cannot seem to access manage accounts from firefox sync probably because I clicked forget email to the email that I cannot use any more and I got no secondary email also because the system did not let me input it...
Maybe some kind of telephone verification should be added for cases like this. Hope you can suggest something on how I can resolve this. Thank you in advance, Kind regards, Petar
