After upgrading to 57.0, ALL passwords previously stored in Firefox are GONE on my computer

I still see them on Firefox in iOS, but cannot access on PC. I have a Firefox account (Sync?) so I would think they would have been saved there during the upgrade to the new version - clearly, they are still saved somewhere for the iOS version to access.
