firefox not connecting with internet...followed suggestions on help page didn't work
now what?? am able to connect using other browsers and had no problem this am... TIA!!

When reply can you please provide the Firefox Version # and the OS you are using. Extensions list would be great also since non of that information came through to Support when sending info to Mozilla is turned off. Thanks.

I was able to refresh to default but this still did not help. sorry! I am using windows 10 and firefox is current with 56.0.1 (64-bit). I am using the following extensions

I would get rid of WOT as they were caught selling collected info.
Should probably only run 1 adblocker. These 2 run pretty much the same. Ghostery plays nice with other adblockers.
