A textedit script kept showing on desktop when I restart my Mac. I uninstalled and disabled addons.

A TextEdit Script kept showing on desktop whenever I shutdown/restart my Mac. I have reinstalled Mozilla and removed addons as well. My Mac OS is OSX Yosemite Version 10.10.5. I also installed Homebrew as well.

I have copied a bit of the error script as I couldn't attached the file or the image.

Please assist in how to fix this issue.

Make sure Firefox gets installed properly.

Open the Firefox Disk Image file and drag the Firefox application to the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the Disk Image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
