I keep getting emails from a website in Canada, that is a Pharmacy offering cut price Cilais and Viagra. I dont want or use such stuff, and my pc is used by children. I dont want them exposed to this material. I have been on to Microsoft and Outlook.com and done all the changes/blocking etc to no avail. I am getting at least two emails a day. I even tried unsubscibing even though I havn't subscribed, that didnt work. I dont want to change my email address as it is too much hassle to change. I just want the sender to stop sending them to me. They come from ( --------@cesweb.org ) with the first letters of the address different every time. Any help would be good.

Hi, I think in Outlook there is an option in the settings (gear wheel at top right), where you can select something like 'Blocked senders', then enter the domain - without the @ sign (cesweb.org) > Save. If the address before the @ sign changes, it should still block them.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

I have done all that the Outlook Tech people have suggested and nothing has worked.

I am impressed with all the info you have provided, but it may have been a foreign language, as I am a complete novice and leave all the tech to my son.

Thanks for that, I have just done it, I will let you know if it works. Maybe in a day or two before I know for sure. CHEERS.

Yes, it seems to have worked so far. Pity the Outlook.com tech team didn't know this solution. They advised blocking as you suggested, but didn't advise to leave off the @ symbol. That seems to have been the single most important element of the problem. I had been in touch with the tech's 5 times, and each time they appeared to understand the problem, but no solution. Glad to have found this simple answer to my issue here. Thanx.
