I am in Sydney, Australia. I'm using Firefox 50.1.0 on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2 & I am having difficulty with paying through PayPal on Indiegogo. It's not an urgent issue as I can simply switch to Chrome or Safari. It's just something peculiar & I am curious as to how to solve this problem.

So I log in to Indiegogo. I select a product, click on pay via PayPal. That then redirects me to an invoice page (US PayPal) where I could enter my credit card details or login to my PayPal account. I selected login to PayPal. I have two-step verification turned on & this is where Firefox has a meltdown of sorts. I enter my email & password & click login. That loads fine but immediately after, it's meant to take me to a splash page or an additional page where it then says please click this button to receive a text message with a temporary code.

Two-step verification etc. However, instead, Firefox hangs. It just leaves me on a blank page instead of the two-step verification page. As I stated earlier, it works on Chrome so it's not a computer specific issue or a PayPal issue. It's Firefox specific but only via Indiegogo thus far. What's strange is that I can get the two-step verification page if I just navigate to PayPal and log in normally. So thus far, only when I get directed to a PayPal invoice page via a site like Indiegogo does Firefox run into issues.

I've included a screencap of the page where firefox hangs. Hope someone can explain to me if there is a particular setting I can toggle. also when I change those settings, do I have to restart Firefox to get them to take effect or should I restart the computer as well?
