I've three Browsers linked to sync, the two desktop-browsers crashed and i've lost some data! Are there any ways to recover them?

My Developer-Desktop- Browser crashed during play a yt-video which freeze it by using too much Memory (my PC is old - but works!)! All Bookmarks (except a few ones..) lost (sync deletes Bookmarks in Cloud cause they aren't in the Browser :\). Even other Things and Components lost - but they are restored by Backup! I restored my Bookmarks by the automatically backup-files (JSON) but something lost because they where not in last backup-cycle included!

Is there any Way to recover them? (Date: 11.12.2016 | 03:00 DE) And please could you send me the command in about:config which I can set the setup cycle?
