Firefox.app keeps disappearing from macOS X Sierra

Since upgrading to Firefox 50.0.2, Firefox.app keeps disappearing from the Application folder. If open, the browser still works, but the icon in the dock turns into a question mark. If not open I have to re-install the app to get it to work.
