I have 2 log-in names and I want to keep the original one, how do I fix this?

I have lost access to the account I had with all my add-on page headers. The account that comes up with my email address is Anonymous user 4652b7, this account has none of my add-on page headers. I really want those back. I think this was caused by my using Sync the first time with a new lap top and using the wrong password. I was known at kenreg and now I'm anonymous user. How do I fix this? Hi Regina,

When you change your Firefox account password the encryped sync data becomes inaccessible and does not serve as a back up. The information from the computer that last synced to it will be the only info. Check if you have a back up or a "Firefox User Data" on the Desktop that has a recent file date - it might have that info there.

May I please clarify where you are trying to access the account? addons.mozilla.org or in your Firefox browser?
