Using Exquilla and I'm not able to use a GIF salutation, comes in email to receiver at a "cid: so forth

I have multiple email accounts this is the only one in Exquilla and my other accounts the GIF salutation works fine?

I'm not sure what you mean here by "saluation" (which I understand to be the beginning of an email, but there are no standard features to support an email beginning). Do you mean the end of the email, the signature?
How are you attaching the GIF? Is this part of a standard signature? Is it an external file? It might help if you sent an example of a working email to me, rkent@caspia.com
