Firefox crashes
Every time I try to upload pictures to a web location, the browser crashes. Most of the time I can use the "click her to reconnect" button to reconnect to the web site. But sometimes I cannot and must re-establish a connection and traverse back to the transfer page to again try to upload the pictures. The only times I notice a crash is when I upload pictures. most of the time I am uploading from my "scan" file. The crashes happen with jpg files.

- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

That is a problem with msonsext.dll The application that is using this process: SharePoint Portal Server
Are you using this application?
I do have the app in my program files, but the last time it was accessed was in 2012. Also can I delete it or do I disable it?
