Mozilla Firefox being used at retail store with multiple users. Our emails send but do not get saved to the sent folders so we cannot look back to check content, timing, details, attachments, etc. This seems to happen sporadically. Ideas?

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird queue. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.

Were you able to move my questions to the Mozilla Thunderbird queue? I have not had any responses and help for this problem. It's impossible to run my business like this! I need help asap! Thanks so much!

A similar question was asked and resolved here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/988739 The solution found was to delete the index for the Sent folder (Sent.msf) and allow Thunderbird to re-create it. That process is called 'compacting' the folder. There's an article about it here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/compacting-folders I'd advise that you read it: if you're using Thunderbird to run your business you need to understand how it works and how things might go wrong. Also I'd recommend that you don't let your folders get too big. It's a good idea to archive old messages systematically. There's a helpful article here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Keep_it_working_%28Thunderbird%29 Many of the problems we try to deal with in the forum could be minimised if users followed those recommendations.
