Hi susangmo, Thank you for reporting this. I understand that when you try to create a sync account that there is a connection error, I am happy to help troubleshoot.

1. Please open up the webpage to the sign up for an account
2. Then click non Tools > Web Developer > Network
3. Then please try to sign up for the account, wait for the error and take a screenshot of the whole page/Network tool.

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
