Download is taking unbelieveably long and then stops, then starts all over again
The "firefox setup" page with the green bar is taking way too long INFINITE -- Not only does this not work on this new this laptop I bought yesterday, but it also wont download on my other laptop - 2 years old (same exact situation). So I can say there is something seriously wrong with your link or software.
This computer is running on all new hardware and software. Also, it doesn't work on my other laptop. Furthermore, this never happened with any other program or computer or browser ever in the past.
I am downloading Firefox for a masters program in analytics.

Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing problems. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
