can't preview or print page 2, prints fine in Chrome
Documents are receipts from Walmart and Macy's. The page count of 2 in print preview is correct, but only page 1 displays and prints. Behavior is the same on another laptop with Windows7 and Firefox 43.0.4. The document prints correctly from Chrome.

Please consider these troubleshooting steps:
I had already tried those, except I did not change the font since the first page prints, and both pages print from Chrome. The second page of the particular document displays only the headers and footers in print preview, no content, and that is how it prints - a good first page, an empty 2nd page with only header/footers.

In the screen captures in the .jpg, you can see in the 2nd image that the bottom edge of the blue border is missing from the bottom of the first page, as is all subsequent content. When I tested saving the print preview as a .pdf, that bottom edge of the blue border WAS present, as was the top edge of the next blue border, then nothing but header/footer on page 2.
I tried changing Scale. At first, changing to 50% only showed a smaller version of the same amount of content. When I returned to Scale To Fit, the blue borders appeared as in the .pdf described above - the section entire border including bottom edge, plus the top edge of the next border. Trying different scales, the behavior changed! Now when I scale smaller, more content is displayed on page 1, page 2 is still empty (except headers/footers when enabled). When I reduce to 30%, all content fits on page 1, no page 2 exists. When I scale back up to Scale To Fit, the bottom edge of the blue border is no longer visible. At 90%, the borders are as in the .pdf.
I will close Firefox and clear caches and test again.
