okay had enough of this browser
I have done a refresh a couple of times & I have removed the theme picture but, will not remove my norton tool bar and over and over I get the message mozilla not responding???

Your message is confusing. You want to remove Norton? Or Firefox is not responding?
The Norton Toolbar is a plugin. Not an add-on (even thou it is listed as an add-on). You can disable it from the Add-ons Manager without effecting the main program.
When is it that Firefox is not working? What were you doing? What site(s)?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Okay I am using Mozilla Firefox right now & I have my Norton Tool bar in it already & when I am in various web sites and then even trying to check my email in another account I have it keeps saying over and over Mozilla Firefox is not responding how clear do you want this the Mozilla Firefox stinks....and I have done a refresh .....yes I know my Norton is a add on & I want it on......
