I have checked with my cable company and they have said since I can get my messages from webmail, something is wrong on the email client end of things. Thunderbird is what I use. Any suggestion? When I log on to receive my email messages, on the bottom left hand corner I get the regular message, such as "downloading message 2 of 7 messages" as well as the little green bar indicates download is taking place. . . however, no messages show up.
