For the last year following an Firefox upgrade and since then, it takes the better part of 3-4 minutes for FF to load my homepage. Chrome and IE are still ok?
As previously stated. Whenever I turn on my Windows PC, and after the Desktop loads, I get no response from the Firefox icon to load my home page for 3-4 minutes. This happens without fail anytime I'm starting (not restarting) the PC. If I click the icon more that 1x I just get that many windows opening when it finally does start. No other browser is doing this. I have all the auto checks and updates turned off as well. I have tried changing my homepage to no avail. Thanks Dan Meno in Indpls.

What are you using as your home page?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Thanks for your reply Fred. I use Bing.com as my home page.
Did you try Safe Mode? Are there any other issues?
