how-to open compose email window on right side of my screen
when a compose email window opens, it always opens on the left side of my screen. Is there any way to change that default behavior to open in the middle or right side of the screen??

open a write windows. Drag it to where you think it should be. Close it.
open another, it should be in the place you left the last one.
that worked in KDE, but not in my MATE session.. I just installed KDE to test it, I normally use MATE desktop. I guess this is a MATE issue.
Same here in LMDE/Mate; the Write window does NOT restore to previous position.
