If you have already had issues with one set of Adware or Malware (Binkland &amp;&nbsp;?? Web Protect) it is quite possible there is more yet to be discovered. I would use multiple tools as listed in Fred's post above. Don't just rely on your McAfee or just a single choice from the the list.
