Each time I open Firefox on my Mac, I am told to upgrade, but when I press install it simply runs on and on without completing.
Lately when I open Firefox, a dialog box comes up informing me that I should upgrade. But when I press install what I get is a process that goes on and on and never ends. I have had this happen several times and each time I have ended up closing the box and ending the process. This concerns me because I fear that at some point my version of Firefox will be so old that it will cease functioning. What can I do to insure that the newest version is installed. I have a Mac Book with OS 10.6.8.

This seems to have solved the problem. In any case I now have v. 35 instead of v. 14. Thank you.
