Is the second browser another window of Firefox, or is it a Google Chrome window? If you use the Reset feature, Firefox will close all of the open Firefox windows. However, it won't close any Google Chrome windows.
(The shapes of tabs are different in Firefox and Google Chrome: Firefox's are more rounded.)

i have'nt tried it yet iwill in the morning,iam new to all of these laptops and smart phones,make a lot of mistakes thanks. jt
