A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

I have a new xfinity account with XB7 gateway. All of my devices are connected and operational. Attempts to use Fire Fox and most other browsers to access the internet are blocked with the following notification: "Your connection isn't private. Attackers may be trying to steal your information from www.firefox.com (for example passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. This same message shows up with attempts to open browsers from bing, google, etc. However Wikipedia opens with no error notification.

In the word application in Firefox I am able to make a document with an insert of a photograph and when I have it completed it will not let me email it it will not let me open it with my phone once it's saved and when I can figure out a way to open it with my phone it literally removes the photo insert and causes all the letters to be overlapping. And the insert I put on it is completely gone

Since updating to 152.0.3 I am no longer receiving bills from my water company; electric company and natural gas company as well as the payment confirmation emails from these companies. I've checked my spam filters (I use earthlink.net) and blocked sender addresses and they are not on these lists, in fact they are in my contact/address book. I've called the utilities and they have confirmed that the email bill was sent to my email address

I am receiving all other emails that I know of. It seems to be website generated em.ails?

Quick Dial has been working fine but as of yesterday I went to delete a link I no longer use and it doesn't work. Right click on the link but no way to delete or edit links. Only just happened. Still on Windows 10, about to rebuild with new graphics card and updating to Windows 11 (and Winhance).

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE
