因工作需求，分别在五台电脑登录我的火狐账号（国内版账号），进行书签操作共享。 现在不知道因为什么问题导致，是火狐的历史书签没法多端同步（自动/手动均无效）， 其中尝试设置了 排障模式/about：config部分参数： ①contextParam--fx_desktop_v3； ②identity.fxaccounts.oauth.enabled设置为false，仍然未解决问题。 有解决方法方便直接联系3003378498@qq.com，求求大神帮帮忙，谢谢

We just got a mew desktop and I want to sync by android phone Firefox to the desktop so I can retain my bookmarks, passwords, and tabs. I have synced between my phone and my old desktop with no problem. But now when I try to sync my phone to the desktop, all my sync options are greyed out and it won't let me select anything?

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 and then installed the latest version of the Firefox browser. However, when I try to sign in to my Firefox account, it does not sync any of my data. My bookmarks, passwords, browsing history, and other synced items are not appearing.

I have tried clicking the "Sync Now" button, but nothing happens. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can recover my data.

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.

I made sure to sign in and hit sync on my browser prior to moving over to my new computer. I've logged in on my new computer and manually hit the sync button but my passwords and bookmarks are not populating.

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.

A couple of months ago I started having a bunch of issues with the iOS app simultaneously. First I couldn't get my tabs to sync. Then I signed out and had a hard time signing back in-- it just wouldn't work. Now I am finally signed in, but the app isn't working like it used to. I haven't been able to sync tabs since then now matter how many times I try. It still shows tabs for stuff I read months ago. I can't send tabs from desktop to my phone (but I can send from my phone to desktop with no issues). Finally, the tabs are all weird now-- they are huge (see pic).

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 20 or 30 times. I'm considering going back to Safari because the main reason I use Firefox is for phone/desktop connectivity and it just isn't working anymore. Any ideas?

Earlier today I reformatted my device but when I logged in to firefox I can only see my history is getting synced my bookmarks are empty, I've checked and bookmarks are check off and they should be synced. How do I get them to sync? It has worked fine in the past. Thanks.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

Would you please advise how I could retrieve my passwords ? Thank you so much

All my saved passwords are missing. I am synced and logged into an Android phone. I usually use an iphone but have not checked syncing there yet, or on a computer/laptop.

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

I'm experiencing an issue with Firefox where my saved passwords from my desktop aren't syncing to my Android phone. Pressing the "Sync Now" button doesn't trigger any action. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing and readding the device, force stopping the app, clearing cache and data, and manually syncing again, but nothing has worked. It seems like a bug. Any suggestions?

I recently reset my laptop, when I logged into my mozilla account on my firefox, it is hasn't synced my passwords, hisotry, bookmarks and extensions. The sync is on, I've eevn tried to manually initiate sync. Did not work.

Hi guys, I have been using Firefox for a long time and most of the time, I use local backup, I have saved my bookmarks on my extended hard drive but about a year ago, I found out that Firefox has a "sync" feature and it's really great. I turned on the auto-sync of bookmarks and it work but this time, I reset Windows and I was really sure that I was syncing and I checked, I opened the Profile menu, clicked "Sync Now" and waited until the rolling logo stopped. After I reinstalled windows and reinstalled firefox, logged in but I don't see the backup bookmarks like before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything, just like a new firefox and new profile. Is there a way to find the lasted bookmarks I have synced? I often have thousands of tabs open so I have used this feature before but this is the first time Firefox hasn't shown my synced bookmarks.

I have a small problem. When I click MENU and Bookmarks, I can't access my synced bookmarks from my PC computer. But when I edit one bookmark, I see all folders from my PC to put in. Normally I can't see all my folders with bookmarks from my PC.

Please help ;-) Phone = Huawei P20 Pro Android EMUI 12
