Hi. I use Firefox for Android. In settings, there is an option called "external download manager" (an approximate translation from my language; framed on the screenshot anyway). And I can't resolve the difference whether I turn it on or not. What does this affect? Thanks in advance!

On a new desktop with firefox installed andIm signed in Im trying to snc dsta from ny andoid device from Firefox and signed in. Im told to open firefox mobile and tap the 3 bars but it doesnt have the 3 bars. It has 3 dots but tappng them does not produce what Im suppse to findnext which is "Sync and save data" and scan a code from.

I put in firefox as a browser. I have problems with Google Chrome. It insists on knowing anything I do. It won't allow me any privacy. Has become a nightmare with it. I have been scammed by a lot of its play store apps, and by Google it's self. Can I do anything without it interfering with anything?? It has taken over my firefox browser, and it has to have all my bank info and game info. Even if I purchase things, it has stopped them from going thru, and hid texts sent to me from my bank. It's like it's a virus, it won't let me enjoy a game or do anything without warning on putting firefox in and it stopped my emails when I made it my default, plus it stated I wasn't allowed to purchase anything if I didn't go thru it. I won't give it my card, cause I make a purchase and it either won't go thru or I have extra amounts taken. I hate Google and it either it gets away from me or I'll throw this in the river! And I don't want to hit the share data, button. Cause u then, might not receive this. I disabled while I sent.

Since the mentioned update my bookmarks no longer appear in their set order and sometimes desktop bookmarks aren't visible at all. On one occasion, an element on my desktop bookmarks was displaced upon merely checking if it was there on the tablet.

I cleared cache & app data and reinstated sync TWICE on the tablet. Immediately afterwards the bookmarks restored their expected behaviour, but each time, after closing the app and reopening, they were either haphazardly jumbled or not visible in the menu at all.

Moving from Chrome to Firefox on Android Tablet V13 and phone V14. Note: NO desktop/laptop computer is owned. Firefox account is setup. My Chrome bookmarks are synced on both Android devices. How do i stop firefox from opening a new tab everytime i open Firefox? I just want one tab unless i choose to open something in a new tab. Everyday i end up with like 30 tabs and it's slowing my phone down.

• Youtube's video audio playback has a bit of 'choppiness' on it, there was this clicking sound everytime. I tested on Chromium-based browsers and this issue is non-existent to them, previous versions of Firefox for Android also does not seem to have this issue as per my experience.
• Bing search results on Firefox v135.0.1 for Android also sometimes becomes incompletely loaded and reloading the website does not seem to help, only up to half of the search results for the first page is loaded as the middle to bottom of the website is not loaded anymore.

Hi! I accidentally deleted 30 inactive tabs that I planned to read later in Android firefox app with button "Close all tabs" and there is no way to restore them now.

When attempting to sync my data on my android device it doesn't do anything. I'm currently in the account settings on my phone and when I hit "sync now" it just does nothing.

Hello, Long time user and lover. Never had any problems with your great browser. This past week, on my phone, Firefox has been flagged "high battery background usage" and is continuously trying to put app to deep sleep. What has happened? How do I stop this? I for some reason cannot login into my TikTok account using my Samsung S24 Ultra Cell Phone it says I'm logging in using a Motorola G Stylus. Where can I find the cookies on the Firefox app to remove the cookies on my phone? Just for your information I have no problem logging in on my tablets or laptop.
