On Windows 10 with Fire Fox i like to use the right click to show the drop down menue 1 Save image 2 save page to pocket - and 3 - select all ,. And the next one in the drop down list is Take A Screen Shot .And this is what is not working for me anymore . Changed the Exrtension .screen.shot .dowmload ----to false with no change still the Take Screen Shot fails to work Thank you . Trevor

like a dick i tried to sort it out myself and i no nothing aboout computers i deleted loads of stuff thinking its old i dont need it from downloads...i was having truble with vids not playing just the spin thing or it does start but slow or judery ... now mozilla cant update ...as theres nothing there

I have the volume control all the way up. I turn the volume control on videos all the way up. I have just updated Firefox. The sound is too low. Is there an add-on? It used to be OK, not now.

Does anyone out there know of a replacement for the Tab Groups replacement app? I have not updated Firefox past the v.55 only because I don't think it would work w/ any newer versions. I have found this to be the very best app I have ever used as I need to do a lot of research online and need something that will show all the windows and tabs on one page so I can easily go back and forth to a particular group quickly. Without this, I would have to spend hours finding the info and would only have one window in which to work. Ideally, a replacement would be able to use all the window/tab info I now have. Is there some way I could use this in some sort of legacy mode? I have several legacy apps, but can't readily recall how to do so. I think I tried this w/ the Tab Groups app and it didn't work, but am not certain. Suggestions much appreciated! Thanks, Wolfgang

I recently accessed Firefox Monitor. Living in Australia we had a large Data Breach from Optus (Phone carrier) in Sept last year. Yet it was not litsed in your list. Please advise

how can i change text color for downloaded themes  ? as the photo this recommended theme wold be better if i can change colors of the text on tabs.. couldn't find a recommended extensions to do this job

I set up 4ows of shortcuts on the home page. Almost ever shortcut had an icon. Now all of the icons are gone except for youtube, ebay and amazon. Not sure what happened to the rest of the icons. Has this happened to anyone else?

Firefox fully updated for fully updated Windows 10 21H2 on HP Envy, 16 GB ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz. Only trouble known is that suddenly FF would not operate the Ancestry.com properly after years of everything operating just fine there. Finally swapped browsers to Chrome. That works 100% ok. My problem is that I want to use Firefox not Chrome.

With the latest release of Firefox the Extensions are no longer viewable above the toolbar. One in particular ScrollSave needs to be set (turned on) at the exact scrolled location and now this capability has been lost.

Any suggestions.

Not exactly sure why but the browser is no longer working for my banking. I first noticed it a week ago when I tried to log in and then ended up calling the bank tech support. They told me to use google chrome instead. I have been using Firefox for years and never had a problem. After researching for latest update changes, I tried changing the settings to allow cookies for the session for the bank but this did not work either. Any idea why this is happening? Thank you. So, back in the days when I installed Firefox, it would automatically pin it to the taskbar. When I opened Firefox, the newly-opened Firefox window appeared separated from the pinned icon in the taskbar. I liked this because it allowed me to open new windows faster. Now, I had to uninstall and re-install Firefox (the last version as of today) because of some problem. Now, this separation no longer occurs. If I open Firefox, the opened window and the pinned icon in the taskbar become the same thing. How can I fix this?

I am using Windows 8 Pro btw.

I have the Bing search bar set for my home page on my Firefox Browser. I have had this setup for years with no problems until a couple of months ago. When I do searches for things and then try clicking on the "Clickable" links, I always get a blank page and the string for the website address(s) always begin with something similar to this; "https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p="; please see image attached. This happens rather I try opening one or many sites/pages for comparison. Below are the steps I have tried & the reasons I believe that the "clickable" links are the problem.

I type in the Bing bar my search topic. Bing will give me a bunch of links related to my search. If I find the one I want or several I want to check out, I'll click on the 'clickable' link(s) for the page(s). Bing will automatically open the link(s) in a new tab(s). *I do have my browser set to stay on the page that I am currently working on*. But even if I go to those pages right away, I still always get a blank page.

I'll use searching for 'IRS help' for my search example: I have tried several ways to get the links to open & they are as follows:

1) Type in the site address myself in the new Tab and use my keyboards 'Enter' key to go to it: -- This works of course -- But seeing as some address are very long this is not always helpful

2) Click on the 'Clickable' link for IRS's site: -- Bing will open a new tab itself, but will show a blank page with the link issue listed above when I go to it -- Doesn't work, Blank Page

3) Highlight the 'Clickable' link, right click it and select 'Open link in new tab' option: -- Again Bing opens the new tab, Blank page and link issue -- Even selected to open it in a new window and I get the same thing

4) Highlight/copy the 'Clickable' link, I open a new tab myself, then I right click to 'Paste' link and hit enter: -- Doesn't work, blank page

5) Highlight/copy the 'Clickable' link, I open a new tab myself, then I right click to 'Paste & Go" link: -- Doesn't work, blank page

6) I copy the 'Non-clickable' written out address(i.e. IRS.gov/help for example), Paste it in a new tab that I open and the choose one of these options: -- "Paste & Go' or 'Paste' and use my keyboards 'Enter' key. -- Both work, no problem -- But when your in a rush, this too can be time consuming.

Please advise. Is there something I am missing or may have done wrong? I have had Firefox and Bing for a very long time like I said and I truly hate having to use the other browsers, etc. but I need to be able to get things done in a crunch some days and so this is driving me crazy.

Can someone please help solve this problem. Why am i getting this message below The site concerned is FamilySearch which i have bee using for some years. I am a pensioner who doesn't know much about computers.

• Always use private browsing mode

I need this setting:

• Never remember history
