I would like to open a new tab when I open a new link instead of the last page I am on falling behind. The old page should remain and new link/page open separately. Example of what I would like. I open Firefox and my homepage is yahoo. I click on a bookmarked tab to go to youtube it opens in a second tab. I want the first tab to stay open on my home page and a completely new tab open youtube. that makes two open tabs now

I cannot find a way to permanently increase the size of the fonts in the bookmarks toolbar. the fonts are so small I cannot read them. Why has firefox never addressed this issue? There has to be a reasonable way to do this and if not, why not?

And how about being able to change font size throughout the application?

does the firefox for windows have touchpad gestures for forward and backward like chrome and edge, and if it does, is there a way to enable them. this is the only feature in edge that is preventing me from switching to firefox.

I know how to create shortcuts, but what I am trying to do is create shortcuts on my Firefox home page. With Chrome I think I click on Add Shortcut, type in a name and below it the web URL. Takes a few seconds. So many of the results I get for Firefox are years old, very old versions of Firefox. My Firefox is the latest version. It can't be this difficult. Two clicks and a little typing and Chrome adds one.

I'm a web designer, trying to move away from Chrome because of privacy/security issues. I'm also 63 years old. My eyes are old. The text size on the tabs and bookmarks is very difficult to read. I don't want to increase the size of everything else - ***just the tab and bookmark text***. I've tried the fix seen elsewhere in the community for this question, but that doesn't change the size at all. If I increase the size, say by Zoom, that's a problem with my page layout. Can anyone help, please?

I'm on a Mac, but using an LG monitor, so no Retina display.

When I opened my computer, Firefox had crashed with the bug report window open. Without thinking however, I clicked on the Firefox icon in the toolbar which opened a new session in the homepage instead. When that happened, it didn't give me the option to restore my previous session (the option was grayed out) and hitting "Restart Firefox" in the crash window only opened another new tab at the home screen.

I had a decent number of tabs open that I would have like to keep open and I'm not able to remember all of them so is there a way to retrieve a lost session at this point?

How can I email the link for a webpage I am on to someone? There used to be three little dots immediately to the left of the bookmark star on the page address that I could right click and easily send the page link with. Now it appears to have disappeared (6/15/2021). Help!

Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox on macOS, and I'd always open PDFs directly in Chrome. I've set my default PDF viewer to Firefox but when I open any downloaded PDFs from Finder, they go directly to a new Firefox window instead of a new tab (as I'm used to from Chrome).

Any way around this? I'd love to have any offline PDFs to be opened in a new tab by default, but nothing has worked so far.

Hi anyone.. Not long ago I've switched from Google Chrome to Firefox as my default browser and I'm so happy about that.. Still I don't know all the functions Firefox has and I need your help please.. What I'm trying to do is to find the way to see and use on my pc all collections I set up on the Firefox app I have on my mobile.. it's a very useful function and I use it very much on my mobile phone.. all pages I need to save for future reference are saved into a specific collection I created.. I have a collection for anything interest me, for my job and also for personal life.. The point is that I cannot find those collections on my pc.. where are they???? The sync is working well, if I just bookmark a web page on my pc I can suddenly see it on my mobile phone and it also works the way round.. but collections are visible on mobile only...I cannot find them on pc..can you tell me where they are please? I have switched from Windows 10 to Ubuntu 20.04.1 and am having trouble creating website shortcuts now. With Windows I used the following method

From my research it looks this is supposed to work with Ubuntu as well? It is not working for me, is this possible?
