When I'm on my phone and signed into my Firefox I want to be able to send tabs to my desktop. I'll click the three dots on my Samsung 20fe, click share, and click send to device. My p.c. is listed and when i click on it, a box pop's up and says "tab sent. I don't know where it's going, but it's not making it to my desk top. I've tried logging out and logging back in. on both devises

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

bold text all my passwords seem to have disappered on my desktop, I checked my mobie app and they were there. there was a message to sync this morning on sign in.

After the last update, I lost the toolbar bookmarks and passwords. After some time I was able to figure out how to sync them from my mobile. When I closed FF on my desktop, I lost the sync. Now I get an error when I try to sync. Your last update (using flawed AI, I presume) sucks and has rendered the browser I have used for years. I used your "help" page to recover once, but as soon as I closed the browser, it reverted to no bookmarks, no passwords. I don't want to use MS browsers because FF has served very well for years. Sorry but WTF are you thinking?

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

Hi, how can i sync my account but i have no access to my e mail because it got deleted? I am still able to log into firefox but now it doesnt let me sync. i deleted my email because it disconnected everytime i tried to login to the firefox browser the password was invalid.

Can you help providing a sync from the last 30days. Using a backup computer as my current computer is being repaired and bookmarks/passwords will no sync on this machine

I am unable to recover the original profile files, and this is not me trying to recover that; they are just gone completely so, I can't bring that original profile back to fix this. I have refreshed, uninstalled, signed out, closed the tabs from my sync list, etc, but I can't get this to go away. I don't know what to do.

Need to sync mobile and desktop with Firefox already installed using different email ID. Since new smartphone, thought it was safer. But unable to sync. Do I install new Firefox on mobile? Will I lose some saved sites on mobile?

After using firefox for most of my life i am disappointed with the current service i am receiving. I have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 11 installed & no matter how many times i try my passwords are not being synced. I have imported them from my last device but the only password that is showing is the mozilla firefox account. Please help as i am constantly having to change my passwords as the previous ones are not shown. Thanks

I sent another help request on this subject but that too seems to have gone AWOL so I am trying again.

My passwords are being randomly wiped from my PC yet again but this time, although they are still on my Google Pixel 7 phone, Sync is not working for passwords. Strangely however, tabs are being synced.

I have tried every suggestion that I have found but syncing is just not happening.

To re-cap:- Passwords are not being synced from phone to PC Tabs are being synced between phone and PC.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I just started using Zorin 18 os and downloaded Firefox, signed in, but my bookmarks are not there. I've tried sync and that doesn't work. I've also tried the cmd prompt sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozzillateam/ppa and it says not found.

Anybody else having issues with this feature? It had been working well to send tabs from my tablet and phone to my desktop computer, which I have been doing due to the lame way that FF uses for filing bookmarks into folders on the mobile devices.

A few days ago I started seeing "unable to send" popping up after a delay, instead of "tab sent" which typically appears immediately. Sometimes, the tab is sent even though it says it wasn't and sometimes it will send it after repeated attempts, and other times it doesn't. My wireless network and ISP connection are high speed and reliable.

So far, the problem only appears when trying to send from mobile to desktop. Sending from the desktop to mobile seems to work fine. The problem started while using 147.0.4 and persists after upgrading to 148.
