因工作需求，分别在五台电脑登录我的火狐账号（国内版账号），进行书签操作共享。 现在不知道因为什么问题导致，是火狐的历史书签没法多端同步（自动/手动均无效）， 其中尝试设置了 排障模式/about：config部分参数： ①contextParam--fx_desktop_v3； ②identity.fxaccounts.oauth.enabled设置为false，仍然未解决问题。 有解决方法方便直接联系3003378498@qq.com，求求大神帮帮忙，谢谢

Dear Firefox Support,

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 and then installed the latest version of the Firefox browser. However, when I try to sign in to my Firefox account, it does not sync any of my data. My bookmarks, passwords, browsing history, and other synced items are not appearing.

I have tried clicking the "Sync Now" button, but nothing happens. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can recover my data.

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.

I made sure to sign in and hit sync on my browser prior to moving over to my new computer. I've logged in on my new computer and manually hit the sync button but my passwords and bookmarks are not populating.

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

Earlier today I reformatted my device but when I logged in to firefox I can only see my history is getting synced my bookmarks are empty, I've checked and bookmarks are check off and they should be synced. How do I get them to sync? It has worked fine in the past. Thanks.

Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.

I recently reset my laptop, when I logged into my mozilla account on my firefox, it is hasn't synced my passwords, hisotry, bookmarks and extensions. The sync is on, I've eevn tried to manually initiate sync. Did not work.

All my saved passwords are missing. I am synced and logged into an Android phone. I usually use an iphone but have not checked syncing there yet, or on a computer/laptop.

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

Hello, I am transferring to a new device but my device is not syncing and just loading even when I tried to close and open Firefox. I've tried to also log this in via support but to no avail. Appreciate any help on this. Thank you!

Hi guys, I have been using Firefox for a long time and most of the time, I use local backup, I have saved my bookmarks on my extended hard drive but about a year ago, I found out that Firefox has a "sync" feature and it's really great. I turned on the auto-sync of bookmarks and it work but this time, I reset Windows and I was really sure that I was syncing and I checked, I opened the Profile menu, clicked "Sync Now" and waited until the rolling logo stopped. After I reinstalled windows and reinstalled firefox, logged in but I don't see the backup bookmarks like before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything, just like a new firefox and new profile. Is there a way to find the lasted bookmarks I have synced? I often have thousands of tabs open so I have used this feature before but this is the first time Firefox hasn't shown my synced bookmarks.

Hello there! I have Firefox on both my (Windows) laptop and (IOS) mobile device. Several months ago (January or February, maybe?) I had to delete Firefox from my laptop and reinstall it to fix an issue. No big deal. However, whenever I check my synced tabs on my mobile device, it still shows the tabs from before I uninstalled it on my laptop as well as the taps currently opened on my laptop. It appears as if they're two separate devices. I already checked the "Connected Services" section of my account settings, and my laptop does not appear twice. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of how to remove the previous version of Firefox from appearing on sync on my mobile device. TIA for any help!

I've synced all my data (including add-ons, passwords, bookmarks, etc) to my firefox binded account on fedora linux then change my linux distro and re-setup firefox on Manjaro KDE, login and etc

found out that everything synced but my previous add-ons and open tabs are gone for good I've so many opened tabs are my custom add-ons settings on so many add-ons for personal preferences are gone

I've faced this many times but I thought somehow these days firefox might have fixed these issues but i'm so sad that all my important data are gone :(

I'm using firefox only just for sync+privacy for hassle free setup again and again over many devices otherwise i prefer tor for much anonymity and privacy

PLEASE, YOU GUYS CONSIDER WORKING ON SYNCHRONIZATION FEATURES SPECIFICALLY <ADD-ONS> AND <OPEN TABS>

I have Firefox on Windows desktop and on my android phone. I have logged into both. When I click on "tabs from other devices" I only see tabs from another PC I use.

I tried logging out of Firefox Android and using the desktop browser's "connect another device" link to log back into it, but it still doesn't appear as a device. What am I missing?

EDIT: Ok now Android tabs are showing up, but not all of them. Seems to cut off after about 40. Anyway to get Firefox Desktop to show all Android tabs?
