I use Firefox (the current version) on a Dell Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have around 8800 bookmarks, and I've lost around half the tags on my bookmarks. (The bookmarks themselves are OK; I'm losing about half of the tabs.,) This has happened to me twice recently, and I'm restoring the bookmarks as I write these words.(after I'm finished, I'll save two copies of the HTML file for backups. Can anybody tell me why this is happpening, aaand How I can prevent it in the future?

My bookmarks are gone.

This morning this was at the top of my screen when I logged into my computer. "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."… (læs mere)

This morning this was at the top of my screen when I logged into my computer. "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."

I did click on it however nothing happened or so I thought. I later go to the upper right hamburger and click on it and go to the bookmark tab only to find all my bookmarks are gone.

Can anyone tell me how to get them back since that is my quick access to my business sites? Is there a way to find them or are they just gone?

I cannot get the tab to stay out so I can take a screen shot. Sorry.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've lost my bookmarks after Firefox restarted after computer crash today. The bookmarks library is empty, and I could not find another profile. I could not find "Old Firefox Date" on my desktop.

I'm on a Macbook Air, Apple M2, Sequoia 15.3.1

Getting my old firefox browser back, or my profile back from yesterday. I was firced to select a personal new profile, but when I did I lost all my tabs and history !
