Hello,

I have a problem with my Firefox Monitor account. All was working fine, but I've change my Password, and now I can connect anymore... When I click to login, then it recognize my Firefox Account, I set my new password, and then I have an error message :

Erreur

must-be-signed-in

I'm from France, sorry for my english. Could you help me please ?

I've clean Cache And Cookies, I've also try to open Firefox without modules activated. It is still the same... And it is the same on my smartphone, so I assume that there is a problem with my Firefox account, related to Monitor.

I created a new Firefox Monitor, in order to check some other emails, but as soon as I log with my main account, I have the same message, told me "must be signed in"...

I tried to install lockwise on my mobile, but unfortunately I forgot my password to my account, which contain all the information. Luckily I have access to the associated email also the account is logged in on my laptop. But when resetting the password, I got a warning that I might lose some of my saved password and bookmarks, which I really don't want. Is there still anyway for me save my account without loosing any of my contents ?

Any alternative fixes The Firefox password works perfectly on the old computer but is rejected on the new one. Resetting is not an option as I cannot risk loosing data. Are there alternative fixes? I tried to login, Firefox would not recognize my password. I clicked on forgot password, didn't get an email. Tried twice. Opened up a new tab, went to login Firefox, put in my email as user name and my old password and it took. This is very confusing. MY Questions was to be: I start my computer (I don't leave it on all night) everything boots up, I click on Firefox icon and from there it takes minimum 40 seconds to 60 seconds to finally appear. Why is it so slow? Never use to be? Thanks for any answers you can give.

Hello,

As the title suggests, I am currently logged into Firefox (latest on the public channel) and can access https://accounts.firefox.com/settings, but cannot modify any 'Two-step authentication' settings. I can modify other settings. Logging out is not an option, as I no longer have the 2FA generator and would thus like to remove the old one from my account.

I can modify all other settings, just not any under 'Two-step authentication'. This is not a regression; this issue has been present for well over a year.

There are several questions about this. I've opened my own on this very issue several months back.

Title says it all. Bookmarks don't stay sorted at all.

Sorting by the bar, or through the Library button, doesn't make them stay. Signing out of my profile, removing it, and signing back in doesn't fix it.

Bookmarks will become jumbled at random. Could be every ten minutes, or sessions between, say, work and home.

The heck is going on?

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1103105

This issue is quite old, and still exists. Why?

I have no idea what state is on file as being my state of residence (I move a lot for a civilian), but I've lived at this address for the last three or four years and never had any issue with logging in to my firefox account before. I have plenty of trouble with my location WITHIN the state (Oklahoma), because apparently the only cities that exist in the state are OKC and Tulsa /eyeroll, but I've never had an issue with the state itself being misidentified. I could understand if a VPN was causing the issue, but I'm not using a VPN (I know, I probably should, but imagine the login issue THEN! lol). Thanks in advance for any help.

I recently observed that when I visit a certain page (not a website, but a certain page in the website), it seems to be attempting to load flashing the "X" repeatedly. After a few seconds it stops and within 10 seconds I am then redirected to a scam survey website asking me how satisfied I am with my internet provider. I immediately assumed the worst and ran McAfee scans, cleared cache, Malwarebytes free trial scans and no joy.

Then I logged into another computer and loaded up the same page. Please note instead of logging into Firefox and clicking on my bookmark, I simply went to the website, logged in and went to the page. It is the same link in the end. Nothing happened. I thought it was something wrong with my PC at this stage.

I then decided to log into Firefox to see if that would yield different results. I logged in on the other computer that had not presented the spam yet. I clicked the bookmark and it did it. The spam page loaded. From this I understand whatever is causing the problem is in my Firefox Account data.

I then immediately logged out of Firefox on the second computer, uninstalled it and then redownloaded it. Without logging in, the spam still comes up. I am lost. Neither McAfee, Malwarebytes or AdwCleaner find it.

The link for the spam is different every time, usually ending in ".xyz".

Before the spam was present, the page always had a normal padlock beside the URL. Now,sometimes not always, when the spam is going to come up it has an orange warning symbol and say some elements are not secure, and it says something about images.

The page it occurs on is on eBay, and I have used this site no problem for years. It only occurs on my regional message page specific to my country, not on the message page on "ebay.com".

Any help greatly appreciated.

I recently removed and re-added (with a new sync name) a device from and to my Firefox Sync account. Then I checked to make sure the device (the old name) is disconnected from manage account page. Later I noticed that in the "Send Tab to Device" list I still have that old name listed (along with the new name) and in the "Synced Tabs" list I still see the old device with a page that was presumably open when I originally disconnected it.

Is there anything I can remove the old devices from the Send and Sync Tab lists given that there's nothing in my account list of devices to Disconnect?

Thanks
