Mac book air -----I was able in the past to add a new website to top sites in Firefox but they disappeared. In addition there are no blank boxes so I can add a website instead new boxes appear even if I dismiss them. Thank you

You've sent me an email recommending 'The Forget Button' but where is it? It's all very well saying how good it is. I certainly don't have one where it is in your video so how do I install it? Grrr so frustrating.

Ditto the Relay thing for burn email addresses. The little video goes on about how good it is but where on earth is the facility?

Hi, I thought Firefox updated automatically so can someone please tell me why this box seemingly opens every time I open Firefox. I am using version 92.01 (64bit) . When Box first appeared I attempted an update and lost all bookmarks etc. would like to know what I'm getting wrong before I go any further. Thanks, John.

Hi. Text on my Firefox suddenly turns into solid coloured boxes. This problem has started only recently and is happening only of Firefox. I have not made any changes to my PC recently.

I am not a geek, and the documentation about this problem elsewhere in Mozilla support is way over my head. I just need plain language - and maybe visual - instructions on how to stop getting this error message. It never happened until a Firefox browser update a few weeks ago (September 2021). Often if I click the 'try again' button a couple of times, I can finally get through to the website I am trying to connect to, but this shouldn't be happening. It's annoying. I use Avast antivirus software if that's useful info. thanks.

I didn't know which topic to select. Just started the computer and there was a TrendMicro notice to restart my browser to complete an update -- I opened Firefox and it opened in two windows with notices about updates, but had lost all my tabs. Other times the situation is different, but the result is the same -- fifty or a hundred tabs gone -- I just noticed the toolbar is missing too so I'm going to send or submit this and turn it back on and see if that stupid extension that supposedly saves my tabs has saved anything, but often, when this happens, it hasn't saved anything for weeks! I've tried getting tech support from them but however these things works something isn't triggering it. One shouldn't need a CIS degree to be able to use a laptop. Thank you, you're awesome regardless.

Olders versions was not able to work properly either on this website. Firefox open it and let me visit the site normally but as soon as I click on a program to look at, looks like the screen and connection freeze... Little Snitch Traffic monitor indicates that there is no more data exchange but connection still active.

My problem,using Mint20.2-MATE, with FireFox92, is that FF92 shuts down whenever I minimize FF-i.e., totally down-does NOT appear in taskbar. I know I had the same problem years ago, and it was a simple fix. However, going through the "Help" sections in FF this time was no help. thank you for any suggestions.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my Apple email site looked different. Since then I can see text on my downloaded emails but not any icons or images. When I click on the text it takes me to what is indicated but sometimes I just see the heading on an email but nothing else. I am running Windows 10 on a laptop that is only about a year old Accessing Apple email through the latest version of Firefox.

I have added a extension in my firefox but its not showing in top-right corner where the extensions should be shown. I have tried disabling and re-enabling but its still not accessible(not showing).

I have cleared all Easyjet cookies. Same result.

I have to use another browser. Zero issues in Chrome or Edge....this is a Firefox problem.

I can use the site up to a point. It allows me to make my selections. The error occurs as soon as I click on "Show Flights".

Any idea what's causing it?

Every week or so firefox becomes incapable of downloading any files regardless of site, size, or filetype. Running in troubleshoot mode and deleting all plugins does not solve issue, only solution is to refresh/reset firefox, which solves the issue until it starts up again, I haven't found any catalyst except for downloading, but that might just be when I notice it.

Firefox 92.0.1 (64-bit) Firefox seems to open two connections whenever it connects to a url.

I have a local web server that only allows a single connection at a time.

When I enter localhost:5409 as the address firefox immediately opens two connections to the port. The first connection sends no data whatsoever. The GET request is sent out the second connection. This is not useful.

I think if you want to open two connections the GET request should go out on the first connection.

Perhaps the above behaviour is by design but I think it is a problem.

Please explain
