I try and try to login to my yahoo mail account and I get the challenge screen asking me to prove I'm not a robot, but it wont show the captcha I'm not a robot box it just keeps reloading. Why cant you people get this fixed I see multiple people with the same issue with you and the CAPTCHA.

I was trying to follow these instructions: https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/link-twitter-to-facebook. After disabling UBlock and changing Tracking Protection to be enabled for Private Tabs only, while I no longer see the error: "Failed to load the Facebook SDK. Please make sure you are not blocking connect.facebook.net." However, I still get this message next to the Facebook icon: "Having trouble? Learn more." (Link for Learn more text: https://support.twitter.com/articles/31113.) Refreshing the page changes nothing. This thread didn't help: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1130053. privacy.trackingprotection.enabled was already on false (at least after changing Tracking Protection to be enabled for Private Tabs only).

Opening next to the previous-in-sequence tab absolutely does not work (I'm a stack type) so I end up dragging URLs to the far right of the tab bar -- which is a pain. This wasn't a problem with older Firefox versions e.g. 54, but it's broken now (61) and none of the available extensions address tab location.

I attempt to display the AOL Mail login screen (https://my.screenname.aol.com/) but I receive

"Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" in an otherwise blank screen instead.

This occurs in Firefox...this does not occur in IE (11.0.9600)...this does not occur in Google Chrome.

With the upgrade to FF 61, I finally got Fox News Channel streaming to work on FF. I have streamed Netflix on FF for years. Now I have to watch Netflix on Microsoft Edge. These continuing video issues with FF are getting tiresome. I get error code F7121-1331-P7 Solutions anyone?

I've followed the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-firefox-interface-other-languages-language-pack. However it doesn't change the interface language. They are still all in English.

I've just updated it to the latest version in order to use the language pack.

I do this instead of using an edition of the language I want because I suppose I could change the language on the fly, instead of installing two editions of different languages on the same system.

The icon for my firefox has changed to look something like text edit. If I click on it, firefox comes up ok. How can I change the icon back to the firefox icon ? I do not understand how it changed in the first place. Thanks

Using Facebook video/voice call: Browser asks me for permission to use video and mic AND gives me dropdowns to configure devices for each. Figuring I probably won't need to configure these settings again, I checked "remember these settings" and hit OK. Started the call - video worked, but microphone did not, even though the device was tested and worked. Now I wanted to go back and look at the settings for which devices to use for video and microphone. My BIG mistake: telling Firefox to remember settings. Oh no!

At this point, I figured the internet would have the answer. I can't find anybody who has mentioned this issue. The question: where do I go to change the video device or microphone device for Firefox AFTER I hit "remember" the first time? Or is hitting "remember" the kiss of death for being able to change these settings in the future? I searched Firefox settings: apparently the only settings relevant to mic/webcam are to allow or disallow those devices. Not what I want. An additional question: does Firefox just go directly to the default devices specified by Windows? Regardless of what I told it the first time? That might explain it. If this is the case, it's a major design flaw that it even asked me which devices to use the first time.

Hello, I am unable to download files from Google Drive. On clicking the download button for a file or right-clicking a file and select the download option, a new blank page opens in the same tab and no popup window appears to save the file or view it.

Actually I did a little bit of a research and tried downloading different types of files and there I noticed this strange thing - 1. Whenever I try to download a file that was uploaded to the drive at some time, it is not downloading and instead a blank page opens and no download popup window appears. 2. Well, here is the strange part: When I tried downloading a file that was created using Google services (say Google docs), and not uploaded, the download popup window appears without opening a blank page. In this case, the file is downloading.

On the other hand when I tried downloading the files from Google Drive using Google Chrome, there is no such problem.

Currently I am using the latest version of Firefox, i.e, Version 61.0.2 (64-bit). I tried different solutions listed for this problem but none of them worked. I created a new profile and using this profile checked whether the problem still persists and yes it has not resolved. Also I tried deleting the handlers.json file in my profile, but it also didn't work.

Every time I close firefox and reopen it, it has me sign in to my firefox account to sync my stuff. I've looked for an option to always keep me logged in but I don't see it.

Firefox is my go-to browser on all my computers, but for some reason on my Win10 laptop it uses 30-60% CPU at all times, while my opera browser uses 1-5%. Both idle with same amount of tabs, or zero tabs. I've tried reinstalling multiple times, many versions, did the safe mode, did the refresh button.

I took a Netflix account today, but I get a error when clicking on play. On their site it gives optoins on what can be causing this and the only thing I didn't do yet, is update the Widevine Content Decryption Module. But when I got to the plug-in, right-mouse click on Widevine Content Decryption Module and the choose 'find updates', nothing happens at all. There's also no message that the last update may already be installed. Hopefully you can help. In case this helps, the Nexflix error code is: Foutcode: F7701-1003

I have been using Firefox as my default application to open PDF files and everything worked correctly until recently. Now when I open a PDF, the file opens a blank browser tab and continues to open more blank tabs until I close Firefox to stop more tabs from opening.

I have restarted Firefox in safe mode and get the same results.

What can I do to fix this?

I am taking on-line language learning at Babbel.com. They need access to my microphone to hear my pronunciation practice. How do I allow access to my microphone for them?

For some reason, my bookmarks toolbar simply disappeared. I've tried rebooting, turning the bookmarks toolbar on and off, and even reinstalling firefox to no avail. Please help.

Hello, Is there a way to block images on Firefox for desktop computers? I noticed that on Firefox for mobile there is a Data Saver in the Advanced section of the settings menu that blocks images.

I am running Ubuntu 15.10 on a 12 year olf DELL laptop and use Firefox 61. With the latest update or if I install Firefox 64 it stops working with the error message /home/smoehler/firefox/firefox: error while loading shared libraries: libatomic.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can I fix this and if so, how?
