I am noticing what I think is a bug with Google and Firefox Container tabs.

Currently: If I have a non-google site open in a particular container tab (say, LinkedIn.com on a LinkedIn container tab that I've designated as green colored), and then I make another new tab in that same container, and I type in google.com, Firefox automatically switches the tab type from the green LinkedIn container tab type to a colorless no-container tab, and, on top of that, because I am signed in to google in my no-container tab, it signs me in to my account.

Expected: When I open a new tab in a container, and I go to google.com, that the Firefox tab remain in that green container tab type and not switch me to a different tab type where I'm signed in to Google and it's tracking me.

Note: I am not looking for workarounds -- I have already been able to work around it myself. Rather, I am trying to report this as a bug.

after reinstalling the OS, Firefox stopped synchronizing most of the data. Bookmarks were not transferred, and passwords and extensions were transferred less than half

Brave 1.77 working in both normal and private mode

the problem caused by certificate & certificate give cors error

1st website asked to trust certificate, after i did website loaded with black screen cuz cors blocked resources from loading, the certificate didnt carry over to sub domain https://n-cdn.lzhailalu.com/snow4/2/2/1.webp if i click this i get Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead to trust same certificate this website was lacking r10 lets trust certificate, if im not mistaken it should be replaced with ISRG Root X1 & ISRG Root X2

2nd website certificate was auto verified but cors kicked in blocking resources like this one https://s3.teraboxcdn.com/fe-static/fe-v5-web-index/js/index.b81a2a8e.js clicking this give Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead to trust digicert check my screenshots

i tested some cors addons on other profiles but couldnt bypass it

we need a fix, this is just 2 examples, theres many websites that certificate and cors ruin them, ppl test their websites on chrome thats why firefox need workaround for certificate and cors to work like chrome.

please dont tell me it simple just trust certificates cuz i figured out the problem, that not a solution, brave worked out the box, so thats mean for every website i visit i need to ckeck console for errors

and not switching firefox to brave or chrome, i only use them when firefox fail me in media or websites give me errors, i used firefox for so long and im not going to switch

if theres no proper fix, i need a way to disable certificate, cors or both permanent even if i have to edit omnija, just show me the way, please

bold text When I use Google to search I always use the microphone instead of the keyboard. When I am using Firefox to search there is NO microphone.. I have to use my keyboard. Is there somewhere in settings where I can add this function to search?

Google told me to go to About.Config, find "browser.tabs.showAudioPlayingIcon" then change the value to false. But, at least in my version of FF, that doesn't work because browser.tabs.showAudioPlayingIcon isn't listed. I'm running 142.0.01.

I know FF is trying to please all the wonderful teenagers who want to constantly screw around with software settings. But it would be really nice if such new "features" were not turned on automatically.

I have forgotten my Primary Password for Firefox on my PC.

I found the solution to reset it at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-primary-password-if-youve-forgotten-it It explains that the stored data will be lost, which is fine. I made a recent backup (~99%).

But it does not say what will happen to connected devices (phone) using sync on the same account.

Will the emptied local storage on PC repopulate the data from the phone? Or will the phone sync with the empty storage on the PAC with as a result an empty storage on the phone as well.

I've been a very long time Firefox user, and have for many years been aghast at how prominently Firefox promotes a virulently antisemitic paper called "The Guardian" on its recommended stories. Every time I see it, I thumbs it down, and have been doing so for years, hoping that eventually the algorithm would stop recommending that junk to me. I have NEVER clicked a link to "The Guardian" from the recommended stories page either, not even once. I'll often see 2-3 links from this virulently antisemitic paper and thumb each one down. Why does the algorithm keep recommending it to me? I know that I can turn off Recommended stories, however I like the content, and have found a lot of interesting stuff through it. Why is Firefox relentlessly pushing Nazis propaganda?

(If you don't think The Guardian pushes virulently antisemitic Nazi propaganda, I would be happy to share links demonstrating how it does exactly that, but since this is a new account, I don't want the algorithm to think I'm spamming.)

I have tried all of the recommended ideas in the articles about reloading bookmarks and nothing has worked.

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. Hi, Browsing my domain Empatidius as search word and it comes up as Domain Parked. I´ve checked with my domain host providor and all their settings are just fine. When search using other browsers as google etc. they do not show any "domain park" information.

so, can you tell why firefox and goduckgo show this?

And, yes. I have cleard cockies etc etc.
