Starting about three weeks ago I began receiving the following message when trying to access the above website: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server.

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

I visit the nbcnews.com web site frequently. For the past +/- 48 hours, I have been having issues. I can open the home page and scroll from top to bottom just fine. However when I now double-clcik to open a specific article, that article page opens for about one second and is then immediately replaced with a page that says "Something Went Wrong. Access to NBC News is temporarily unavailable. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible." This happens on whatever article I select. It also happens on 2 separate computers.

I e-mailed support at NBC News. Their response was "we cannot duplicate this behavior." They suggested I try another browser. I do not use anything other than Firefox, but I found an old installed copy of Internet Explorer from... 2015. IE opened the NBC News main page and all of the sub-pages just fine.

My Firefox just updated to version 115.30.0esr X64 within the past several days. I am not certain if the NBC News issue happened as a result of that update or not. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties with this web site or as a result of this latest update?

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? I tried to resolve this by calling their support teams, but they were not able to help me from their end. This leads me to believe that something on my desktop is causing this. I do not have this problem with any other websites. Can you help me resolve this?

a web site continues to say mozilla browser need update to correctly access web page. I have downloaded latest update ESR for Firebox (using windows 7 OS) But web site still says I need update! Is it me or the web site that has the problem?

I have latest one version of Mozilla. 115.33.0esr (64bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6. Why I obtaining this message from Google Drive - DOCS ? I think at this browser missing lots of things, some web pages do not show correctly and is impossible to report it, notwithstand Mozilla have button to reporting. Anny idea? I need to find where all my bookmarks are on my computer so I can restore them. My operating system is Windows 7. Even when I try to restore through import/backup and it says it was successful there are none of my saved bookmarks. Can you help in specific steps how I can get these back? From what I read there should be a Firefox file on my computer where these are all saved. Thanks!!
