I tried to get a Account recovery key. When I enter the password it responds that it it is not correct. This is the password I have for my account. Why is this happening?

i just upgraded to win 10 downloaded firefox and when i play videos i get format is not supported error when i tryd playing same videos on explorer those videos worked they didint worked on opera gx too i already tried deliting firefox and clearing all left file with cc cleaner dont know what to do

If I view sites in any other browser I can view signup forms, Facebook/social media widgets on sites, etc. But they are not there when using Firefox. I do clear cache at all levels.

Mozilla has been going to a gazillion methods of logon and support. The latest is Khoros. Khoros? As in Cyrrhus?

Is there any news on how Mozilla is selling out to one devil after another to offer support or communicate to users? Where is the donorbox account to just support mozilla and get it over with.

Firefox says there is a problem and gives me the option of opening in troubleshooting mode or refreshing Firefox. Opening in troubleshooting mode doesn't solve the problem so I want to try refreshing Firefox - how can I avoid losing all my open tabs (I have many)? Thank you for any help/guidance.

I need to download the helper application to be able to download adobe.

To be able to download, add Adobe's site to the list of "allowed sites" in Firefox:

       On the Tools menu, select Options; click the Content icon

   Click the green Install Now button that appears under the Acrobat Reader header.

What is going on? It was working fine prior.

I updated Firefox on my mac book air and all my bookmark are gone and all these other ones showed up . Maybe they synced from safari. I'm lost without them and I'm so upset . Please help me . Every thing i have read didn't work and I'm not great with all this stuff.

recently i've bought a new microsoft surface studio laptop and i noticed that when i am watching something on youtube, netflix or any other platform the video (sound is ok) is freezing after 9-10 sec of watching. I checked my componetns, temperatures, but then i tried another browser - google chrome. It worked smoothly. I use firefox since 2013 and i love it, but now I am considering switching to a different browser, because something is wrong here and it's not a hardware problem but rather a software issue, which is obviously firefox here... I am open for any advices on how to fix this freezing problem and just to be clear: i really don't want to change my browser... i like it :(

I am trying to transfer my cookies from Chrome over to Firefox, yet the import wizard has no mention of cookies under the chrome category. Things such as Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer have the cookies tab available.

I read that there was a way to do it manually, but I'm unsure of how.

I know things such as CookieBro exist, but I'm unsure if they're safe and they seem like a way to get all my tokens logged.

My Firefox browser stops when I save a picture from an open article/website, and I have to force quick Firefox and restart. I did not have this problem before; I suspect this came when the browser automatically updated to the latest version two days ago.

In a previous version of firefox, I could right click within a text area for example, which would allow me to check my spelling. Since upgrading (which was actually from a higher Beta version, to the latest current stable - a new profile was created), I had not had this option. As you can appreciate, it's a very handy tool to have, so I have been attempting to get this function back today.

Within my language section, initially there was only 'English [GB]', which was as it should be. I had 'check spelling as I type' checked also. This did not automatically check as I typed. It did not check at all, not could i right-click to check spelling.

I have since added 'English [US]' to see if this would then allow me to remove and reinstate 'English [GB]', but it did not. I then added a third option which was 'English [CA]'. The config allows me to remove only 'English [CA]', which when pressed removes it from the list, but by pressing the 'set alternatives' button again, you can see that it has returned.

I have since managed to get firefox to check spelling in English [GB] by adding 'British English Dictionary (GB)' (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/british-english-dictionary-gb/), but now I am also stuck with English US and English CA. EN-US does not allow it to be removed whatsoever, even though it was only there after I manually added it and EN-CA allows me to remove, but returns. No option to apply and restart firefox appears (I've seen this appear in another user youtube video on the subject). Closing and opening makes no difference.

How can I removed English US and English CA please?

Hey, I with through different ways to try and recover my bookmarks and saved passwords after my pc went through a forced update to the new windows OS. I checked other E-mails to see if I may have used the wrong one to login to Firefox, though I only have one. Even check in about:profiles. I can't find any file in my Mozilla folder to try and restore or import bookmarks. I am at a loss and would appreciate any help in this before I start trudging through trying to get my bookmarks back one by one.
