i am using windows 2012 R2 in my environment, the new mozilla version 116.0 supported only windows10 or later. could you please confirm windows2012 R2 is supported or not?

Each time Firefox forces me to update, when it comes back, it says it need me to input my Mac password to authorize the installation of a "Helper" tool. I do so but then Firefox will hang. I need to Force Quit it. If I cancel out of putting in my password, it won't start.

The only way to fix is to delete Firefox.app from Applications then download a new DMG and reinstall. I'm getting sick of having to do that every time. I've been a Firefox user for well over a decade and don't want to move to Chrome or Safari but this is getting bad.

I don't even know what "Helper Tool" it wants to install. I use the Dashlane and Gmail Reverse Conversations as the only 2 Extensions I have in the browser.

Please help me figure out how I can avoid having to delete and download Firefox everytime I'm forced to update it.

i tried to download and install firefox, download worked fine but when i tried to install i got an error message saying that it's not microsoft store verified and then i can go no further. what am i doing wrong?

I am unable to download files from links sent to me from various sources. I always get the message that the download failed. I use macOS Ventura 13.5, and ad blocking and antivirus software. I've reviewed previous suggestions on Firefox's website, but those suggestions I understand haven't corrected the problem. Any suggestions?

While I was doing my banking I got an error message saying I was running an older version and needed to update my browser. When I updated to the latest version of Firefox all my bookmarks and passwords got dumped. All of them. I can't find a previous profile to reinstall anywhere or an option to install a previous version. How do I roll this back?

I have a Windows 10 laptop with an old version of firefox 56.0.2.6506 that I have to keep and be able to occasionally use.

I'd like to also install a current version of firefox with a new profile, and be able to use both versions without messing up the old one.

I'm NOT very savvy on profiles and so on. Could someone please walk me through how to do this without messing up the old version and it's original profile? It's really important that I'm able to keep that old version exactly as it is. (by the way, is there any way to get it to STOP asking me to update every time I open it?)

My Firefox was completely not working so according to the Firefox Support page, I uninstall and then re-installed Firefox. It is working fine now except I have none of my bookmarks anymore. I have tried every suggestion that is on the support page and there is NOTHING coming back. The instructions stated that my bookmarks would not be erased if I followed the instructions, which I did. I NEED HELP FINDING ALL OF MY BOOKMARKS!!

I have had to install a new hard disk. I have installed Firefox and logged into my Firefox account. What I'm missing is the migration of my toolbar, menubar, & bookmarks. What do I need to do.

When PC is activated Firefox will open and then close and reopen. When opening another app and starting to work in it, out of the blue, the app will quit and Firefox will open automatically. Not at all times but very aggravating when it does happen. More often than not.

My Amazon prime movies suddenly pause, the wheel turns, doesn't start again. Movies are stopped. This doesn't happen with MS Edge, but does happen with Firefox. How to fix this?
