Firefox supportforum

All of a sudden today I am unable to connect to the Microsoft Community https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ and to my Microsoft Account https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/. I can connect with Edge but not FF 95.0. It seems according to the MS Forum that I am not the only one with this problem. Please see screenshots of what I and others are getting.

MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_OCSP_RESPONSE_FOR_CERT_MISSING when browsing to https://docs.microsoft.com. It just started today out of the blue. Never seen this before. It was working two days ago.

All other browsers work fine.

Microsoft stream doesn't work (specifically watching a video) , i tried reloading a bunch of times but it still wouldn't work. I went on my phone to the firefox browser and tried to watch that stream on there, but that didn't work either. Please help and thank you. Uploaded photo is what it looked like on my phone

Just since 95.0 update Im getting ""Secure Connection Failed" (Error Code:sec_error_ocsp_unknown_cert)" when trying to connect to some sites, the most recent is "https://www.microsoft.com". I have set security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling to false, is there a planed fix for this, googling shows that its become a issue recently. Thank Al

Intermittently but more than half the time in the last week, links on Firefox (but not on Edge) to common sites like docs.microsoft.com return > Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to docs.microsoft.com. --- Have cleared cache and rebooted; no change. It looks like the problem is with the browser and not the web site. Running FF 95.0 64-bit on Windows 10

Is there any way to set an exception? I keep getting an error on this totally legit website -- and of course Microsoft isn't going to offer me any solutions other than to use Edge (which works)

Downloaded Firefox to new PC using Win 11 and now get this error message when browsing with Firefox for Microsoft Community Forums. Microsoft is nudging me to use Edge and I don't see the problem with Edge. How can I resolve the problem with my preferred Browser: Firefox?

When I try to access MicroSoft, Windows 10, OneDrive I get the following error screen:

I tried visiting the Microsoft and Xbox websites but both of them didn't load and Firefox showed me this error without allowing me to access the websites anyway (I'm using Firefox on Windows 10):

Can it really be true the Microsoft needs to update their certification?

This is annoying because I am trying to use the Help function in Excel and it cannot connect. I also tried direct addressing to Microsoft.com from my browser. Same result. Thanks.

Ive seen numerous articles discussed on OCSP issues but they all seem to be coming from Website developers.

I am but a simple user trying to download the Microsoft suite of apps however am greeted with this lovely message that I cant seem to find any relatable solutions anywhere?

Could it be related to my Wifi Setup? Had to connect directly to a range extender as this sad sack of a PC doesnt have a built in Wifi Module.

Is there a hidden treasure im yet to find in the developer options? Any advice will do.

The odd thing about the issue is that sometimes it works and the web sites load, then a few minutes later they don't.

What changed? Is this a profile issue? Is this something you are working on repairing?

I cannot access my microsoft account from firefox as the message below. I have another PC where this work without problems and I ahve compared settings to be the same.

Very recently I've noticed that Firefox(v95.0) is giving me an error for the Microsoft documentation site https://msdn.microsoft.com/.

I use this site almost daily and have not had any trouble, and it appears to be fine on other browsers like Chrome and Edge.

Has there been a new setting changed or added recently that I can enable/disable to allow this site through?
